Reserving a Hotel Room

Participants are eligible for the Conference room rate of $199 (single or double per room per night plus prevailing taxes, at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa, 78-128 Ehukai Street, Kailua Kona, HI 96740.  This special room rate will be available until December 15, 2017 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.  Please note that there  is a daily discounted resort fee of $10 that includes internet access in guest room and public areas, unlimited Local and 1-800 calls, 30 minutes of long distance telephone calls per day, complimentary use of Keauhou to Kona Trolley, access to guided cultural and historical tours, hula lessons, and lei making classes per the Daily Schedule of Events. The resort charge inclusions may be subject to change. Guest self-parking will be complimentary.

Please make your reservations by December 15, 2017. The hotel will require a credit card number (plus expiration date) to guarantee the first night’s stay. Please note, most attendees will arrive on Saturday or Sunday (afternoon) and leave on Thursday (afternoon) (unless they wish to stay longer and enjoy the surrounding attractions).

For cancellations, please refer to the instructions in your hotel confirmation letter.
